Inspired by sauna practices from around the Globe our sauna is a place of calm and peace for you to come and unwind.

Our mission is to provide a transformational sauna experience; a sanctuary of calm to restore body and mind amidst the healing environment of nature.
We believe that taking time to relax, rejuvenate and connect with nature is essential to the fullness of life.
THE EXPERIENCE
Our sauna has been designed for your ease and enjoyment.
Once you enter through our gate at Dartmeet the magic begins.
Leave your shoes in our pigeon holes at the door and enter our changing room where you can get ready and hang your things before entering into our wood fired sauna.
A shower and plunge bath are available to cool off and we also have access to the River Dart.
Outside seating is available for quiet meditation.
Towels are available to hire if you don't have your own.
Our sauna manager is on hand at all times and offer refreshments.
Community sauna sessions are up to 8 people to allow a spacious experience.
£15 for 50 mins
Private sessions can be up to 8 people.
£120 for 50 mins
