Any persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to use the sauna or cold plunge.
Nudity is not permitted in the sauna.
All persons use the sauna and cold plunge at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are a capable swimmer if plunging in the river and can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures.
You must not use the sauna if you: • suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder or suffer from epilepsy or diabetes;
• are pregnant;
• are prone to dizziness or fainting
• have any fungal infections or open wounds on your body.
Remember to stay hydrated, before, during and after your session
Please remove any loose hanging jewellery
The site is a natural environment and therefore can be treacherous, Wilder Sauna takes no responsibility for any injury caused at our site.
Age Restriction
The age restriction for Community Sessions is 16 and for Private Sessions it is 6. Parents or guardians will need to sign a waiver on arrival for anyone under 18 years of age. Children between 6-16 are only permitted in Private Sessions if accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the sauna on a 1 : 1 ratio and who accept full responsibility for their child's safety.
Sauna Rules:
The Sauna rules must be adhered to at all times.
Shower before entry to the sauna.
Wash your feet in bucket provided before entry and reentry.
Remove skincare and haircare products.
Please sit on a towel at all times when inside the sauna. We rent towels and these can be purchased when you make your booking.
You must not stay in the sauna for longer than 15 minutes at a time.
You may only pour provided water onto the stones within the sauna.
Please do not bring water bottles into the sauna. Please leave bottles in the changing room.
Please respect the staff and other sauna users
Please do not take photos or videos inside the sauna during communal sessions to respect privacy.
Please keep access points clear and enter and exit safely.
Get changed within your allotted time and do not linger to allow the next group entry.
Lost Property
Wilder Sauna takes no responsibility for the damage or loss of customers' property.
Group Booking Responsibility
If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make your group aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use. Please share the details provided here. No more than 8 people in the sauna at one time.
Scheduled delivery of a gift card:
Our system automatically sends the gift card to the recipient’s email on the date you selected. Please note that:
We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time (e.g., 9:00 AM) since this is an automated process.
If you place an order today for delivery tomorrow, the email may arrive at any time within the next 24 hours.
Occasionally, emails may land in Spam or Promotions folders, so please advise the recipient to check those as well.
This ensures your gift card is always delivered on the correct date, though the exact delivery time may vary.
Admission Policy
• Wilder Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your session. To do so please follow the link within your booking confirmation email.
We are unable to refund any changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your booking.
In the unlikely event that we cancel your booking you will be notified by email and refunded.

We are located at Badgers Holt, Dartmeet.
You can find us by parking in the main car park and walking to the Badgers Holt gate at the back of the car park. (Please dont drive into Badgers Holt) Come through the gate and we are immediately on your left hand side through a smaller signposted gate. Please do not enter Badgers Holt without a booking.
Please note the car park is a paid car park. If you park by The Chalet signs it costs £1.
