Friday 26th June 5pm-7.30pm Join Anneli Stollar for a Sauna and Soundbath collaboration — a unique experience where heat, sound, and nature come together to support deep rest, release, and reconnection. We begin in the heat of the sauna, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to gently unwind. As you settle into the space, live, intuitive sound begins to weave through — soft flute, voice, chimes, and subtle tones offered within the sauna to ground and centre you. As the experience unfolds, sound continues to be held both inside and outside the sauna — with crystal bowls, drum, and flute carried through the air — creating a layered, immersive soundscape that you can receive as you rest, breathe, and simply be. ✨ This experience offers: – Deep relaxation for body and mind – A gentle reset for the nervous system – Space to slow down and reconnect – A unique immersion in heat, sound, and the natural elements This is a space to soften, to listen, and to reconnect with the quiet rhythm within and the invisible thread that weaves all life together. This will take place at Dartmeet.
