Sit back and let Sarah guide you through a 2hrs multi-sensory sauna ceremony involving the heat of the sauna and the cold of the river. We will go on a journey with her where she will open up your senses using traditional leaf whisking and steam, handmade scrubs, fresh fruits,honey on your skin and a warm healing tea. Let go of what doesn't serve you anymore, let it be washed away by the steam and river and open up again to something new. A friday evening that will leave you refreshed and deeply relaxed.
